Supervised comprehensive winter refit in Italy for a luxury motor yacht originally designed by Diana Yachts, encompassing hull work, propulsion overhaul, and major structural repairs.

Hull and Exterior:

• Paint restoration on stern and hull areas
• Successful 5-year marine survey certification

Propulsion System:

• Complete shaft removal, inspection, and laser alignment
• Professional propeller balancing for vibration elimination

Engine Room:

• Caterpillar main engine and generator annual service
• Marine pump inspection and maintenance

Deck Equipment:

• Anchor windlass complete overhaul
• Hydraulic passerelle restoration and side ladder service

Electronics:

• New bridge navigation equipment installation
• Comprehensive CCTV security system throughout the vessel

Major Structural Work:

• Grey water tank replacement requiring hull “Caesarean” section
• Precision hull cutting to extract a corroded oversized tank
• Complete guest cabin disassembly and reinstallation
• Custom tank fabrication, installation, and hull restoration

Project Scope:

Combined routine annual maintenance with complex structural repairs and systems upgrades, requiring advanced marine engineering and meticulous coordination to restore vessel to optimal condition.
